Code of Conduct
For Students
- Attend school regularly and be punctual for all the activities.
- Wearing school uniform is compulsory.
- Identity Cards (IDs) must be worn to school on all days.
- Respect teachers, staff, and other students.
- Use appropriate language and be polite to everyone.
- Avoid disruptive behaviour in the classroom or on school grounds.
- Use of tools such as Mobiles, Tabs etc. responsibly and only for educational purposes. The use of Mobiles, Tabs and other such devices is strictly prohibited on campus.
- Each student should bring with him/ her all study materials, instruments, books, notebooks, homework, assignments etc. required for the class as per calendar.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, clubs and sports programs.
- Take care of school property and keep the campus clean.
- Follow appropriate procedures for emergencies or crisis situations or as instructed by schoolteachers and authorities.
- We have a strict policy of zero tolerance towards any form of ragging within our institution. Any students found to be involved in such incidents will face severe consequences and disciplinary action in accordance with the rules and regulations of the institution.
Note: By following these guidelines, we can create a positive learning environment and contribute to a safe and respectful school community.
For Parents/Guardians
- In all cases of leaves or absences, it is mandatory for parents/ guardians to notify the class teacher through the student’s diary or through a leave application.
- Prior sanction must be sought from the Principal’s Office through a written application, in case of leave exceeding three days.
- A Medical Certificate from a registered medical practitioner needs to be attached to leave application in cases of medical leaves.
- Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseases must refrain from attending school until the completion of the quarantine period. Such students will not be permitted to attend School until they produce a Medical Certificate of clearance.
- If a child is to leave early from school and someone other than either of the Parents is coming to pick the child, a duly signed letter of authority should be given to the person, who other than the parent is collecting the child.
- Send your child to school on time in complete and clean uniform regularly.
- Attend all the open house sessions and functions.
