Career Counselling 21st June
Career Guidance Programme and felicitation was Organized at the Multipurpose hall, JNPA by PSA Mumbai, for students of STD 10th.
Raksha Bandhan
Festivals are a great way to understand one’s culture. A child can be taught more about their culture and their country during festivals and celebrations. This teaches them about their roots in the world and make them proud of their country and culture.
Raksha Bandhan was celebrated in the school. Students from std 8th visited CISF Unit JNPT and tied Rakhi to CISF Jawans.
Teachers Day
Teachers Day was celebrated on the birthday of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, former President of India at RKF JNPV School. Along with the teachers, School coordinator, Section Heads and school management committee were also present at the function. Smt Sushma Das addressed the audience.
Essay Writing Competition 31st August, 2023
Essay Writing Competition was organized by Chhatrapati Sahu Maharaj Sanshodhan Prashikshan and Manav Vikas Sanstha, Pune and was conducted for the students of Std V to X.
Ashadhi Ekadashi
Aashadi Ekadashi was celebrated with full zest and fervor. Boys and Girls were dressed as Vitthal, Rakhumai and Warkaries. A Dindi procession was held in the school premises. “Save Water, Save Trees “was the theme of the celebration.
Cleanliness Is Next to Godliness
This Proverb reminds us of the importance of Cleanliness in our Daily lives. Envisaging this our Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has introduced the Swachhata Abhiyan to remind the citizens of their social responsibility in keeping their premises clean. In this regard, a massive cleanliness drive with the theme GARBAGE FREE INDIA was undertaken by the Central Govt. by exhorting each and every organization and its employees to actively participate and volunteer in the Cleanliness Drive to uphold our Nation’s unity and integrity in marching towards the mission of a “Swachh Bharat” and fulfill Gandhiji’s greatest dream.
On 1st October, a cleanliness drive was organized by the JNPA in RKF-JNPV, as a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi, on the eve of his Birth Anniversary. The Vice President of RKF, School staff, the RKF team, Teachers, students and the JNPA HODs, viz., Mr. Vaidyanathan, GM-PPD, Mr Girish Thomas, GM -Traffic, Mr. Nitin Borvankar, GM- Engineering Services and other senior JNPA officials participated with much fervor and enthusiasm and made this event a grand success.
Annual Sports
On 12th December 2023, amidst high spirits and anticipation filled in the air, RKF JNPV had kick started the Annual Sports Meet 2023-24 in the School premises. Shri Ashok Jagtap-Dy. Vigilance officer –JNPA had kindly consented to be the Chief Guest.
Overall 1535 students participated in various Team Sports like Kabaddi, Kho-Kho and Track and field events like 100m/400m running and relay.
All the winners were awarded with Trophies and Gold/Silver/Bronze Medals. More than 500 trophies and Medals were distributed to all the winners.
Annual Gathering
A school’s Annual Gathering builds a sense of responsibility and belonging among the students. It provides a platform for the students to showcase their talents and creativity. It also provides an opportunity to recognize and reward the students of their achievements in academics, sports and arts.
